Nicholas O'Leary has been at the forefront of Irish sailing from the very start of his sailing career. Representing Ireland in World Championships from the age of 11 in the Optimist class, two Youth Worlds in the Laser, Imoca 60 racing to Superyacht helmsman he's covered a very broad spectrum of boats within the Sport. O'Leary is no stranger to the team dynamics required to make boats go fast and successfully around the race track.
